Mind Over Matter is a 5-week program with weekly meetings lasting 90 minutes. Weekly topics include:
Understanding the mind-body connection
Exploring values
Using personal strengths to gain a new outlook
Pausing during times of stress
Making a plan to use all of the new skills
To get the greatest benefit from the program, we ask that you attend all 5 sessions.
