Biography
Heart disease remains a significant cause of morbidity, especially in North Carolina. I was inspired to pursue General Cardiology after seeing the impact of a thoughtful, longitudinal approach to care on patients with a variety of heart disease. In addition, I find it very interesting to use imaging techniques such as echocardiogram, nuclear imaging and cardiac CT to diagnose and monitor heart disease. My patient care philosophy is to treat each of my patients with the same care, thoughtfulness
