Ellen Hearty, MD

I am originally from northeastern Ohio and moved to western North Carolina in 2013. I completed my residency at MAHEC OB/GYN in Asheville in 2017, and I feel like I found my place here in this community. I transitioned to Mission Women's Care McDowell after residency to continue practicing with the same patient population. I absolutely love my job - it is an honor and a privilege to be a women's healthcare provider. I am passionate about patient education and promoting wellness.
